• Fide Rapid rules will  be applied
• Arbiters decision will be final and Binding on all
• Round 2 Losers can enter the Rating tournament with 1.5/2 by paying Rs.500 as entry Fee.
• Lodging and Boarding – All Participants needs to make their own Lodging and Boarding arrangements.
• Players Confirmation
• At time of confirming the entry each player need to pay Rs. 1000/- as assurance money which will be refunded only after completion of Round 1. Without Assurance Money entry won’t be accepted and Confirmed.
• Players  from list 1 need to confirm their participation on or before October 5^th, 2006.
• 2^nd List of participants will be published on 7^th of October for which players need to confirm their participation on 10^th of October
• 3^rd List of participants will be published on 12^th  of October for which players need to confirm their participation on 15^th Of October
• 4^th List of participants will be published on 17^th Of October for which players need to confirm their entry on 20^th October.
